1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ddjl platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the ddjl Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing and using the ddjl platform. Continued use of the platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

3.3 Single Account Policy

3.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on ddjl:

• Current employees, contractors, or agents of ddjl or its affiliated entities;

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create a ddjl player account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and a valid payment method denominated in Philippine Peso. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ddjl account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. ddjl will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are correctly entered will be treated as authorized by you.

4.3 Accurate Information Obligation

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ddjl reserves the right to void all wagers, forfeit all balances, and permanently close any account found to have been registered using inaccurate information.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

ddjl is required under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at other risk-triggered checkpoints during a player's account lifecycle.

5.1 Accepted Documents

ddjl accepts the following Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes:

• Philippine passport;
• PhilSys National ID (ePhilID);
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID);
• Driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO);
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID;
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC;
• Postal ID issued by PHLPost.

5.2 Verification Timelines

ddjl will make reasonable efforts to complete KYC review within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. ddjl is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a player's failure to submit complete or legible KYC documentation promptly.

5.3 AML Compliance

ddjl complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. ddjl may request additional source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Currency

All ddjl account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). ddjl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods

ddjl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. ddjl may add or remove payment methods from time to time and will notify players of any material changes.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

6.5 Same-Method Policy

For fraud prevention and AML compliance purposes, ddjl applies a same-method withdrawal policy: withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, up to the deposited amount. Winnings above the deposited amount may be withdrawn to a verified bank account registered in the player's name.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by ddjl are subject to individual promotion-specific terms published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. Players should review wagering requirements before claiming any bonus.

7.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the ddjl platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement, while live casino table games, baccarat, and other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are published in the promotion terms for each offer.

7.4 Bonus Abuse Policy

ddjl maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts; exploiting low-edge games to satisfy wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play; coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value; and any other conduct that ddjl reasonably determines to constitute manipulation of promotional terms. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

7.5 Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free spins credits carry an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the player's account without compensation.

8 Gaming Rules

Each game category available on the ddjl platform — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, keno, bingo, sabong, and sports betting — is governed by game-specific rules published within the respective game interface or game category page. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers.

8.1 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a real-money gaming session, ddjl will use reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last verifiable state prior to the malfunction. Where restoration is not technically possible, the affected wager may be voided and the wagered amount refunded to the player's account balance. ddjl's determination in matters of technical malfunction is final.

8.2 Bet Cancellation

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one player account;

10 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ddjl's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the ddjl platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ddjl account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ddjl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Interruptions to the platform caused by third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate game rules, odds, or promotional information that has since been corrected;
• Any consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits ddjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ddjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ddjl will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a period of at least fourteen (14) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the ddjl platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance prior to the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate regulatory or judicial channels available under Philippine law.
